Both of our CMM’s are equipped with PULSE Monitoring Systems. PULSE uses a network of sensors to record variations in temperature, vibration and humidity in the vicinity of our CMMs.

All of our metrology items use PC-DMIS software to create and execute measurement plans and collaborate results.

Due to Porter Machine’s customer requirements for various items and quick turnaround times, we stock over 5,000 different items in our tool crib. All of our tooling is bar coded and tracked through our VMI vending machine giving us the ability to set reorder points, so our machine is always fully stocked and job ready. We also track cost and usage through our MRP system JobBOSS which gives us the power to price our jobs for our customers as accurately as possible.
